Our return policy only applies if the product is in resalable condition, which means it must be unopened and returned within 15 days of purchase. You can order a free pickup of the goods from our Customer Service department, or you can swap or refund the items at our nearest store. If you want to return a product, you must first send proof of purchase, which is your order's dispatching mail. Simply ensure that the product is unused and in resalable condition before returning it to customer service or one of our shops.
